S&B did a fantastic job. They prepared the doorways so no dust went through the house. When the floors were sanded they looked like the floors did when the house was built in 1991. When the floors were finished it was exactly what we asked for. I would definitely refer these guys to my friends.
Our dining room had a lot of water damage from years of dogs and plants. Lady Baltimore declined the job stating it couldn’t be done. Jacob did a magnificent job sanding and refinishing our dining room floor. Shows what a true professional can do! What I really don’t understand is that the floors that he refinished look better than when they were originally put in. The color match is PERFECT. Now we must refinish the rest of the house. The only downside is that the floors do not shine much after they dry.
I would recommend Luke and his team to anyone looking for hardwood floor installation or refinishing. Luke was incredibly easy to work with, professional, on time and conscientious about details and timing. His pricing was very fair and reasonable . It can be challenging to find contractors you can trust in your home and with your family plus pets. Renovating a guestroom and Luke and his team did a wonderful job. I have included before and after pictures. 20 years of great Danes, wheelchairs, and hospital beds create a lot of damage. This room will have a new life. Thank you Luke!!! More projects to come.

The team from S&B arrived as scheduled and quickly got to work. They were very professional and efficient. They refinished our hardwood floors that extend from the front door to our living room and kitchen. The floors needed work and they look brand new now. Jacob and Luke did a fantastic job on our floors while we were on vacation. We came home to a “new” house. They not only ripped up and disposed of our old worn out carpet, sanded and refinished the floors, but they also did an awesome job of controlling and cleaning up the dust. And there was no odor from the 3 finishing coats. Jacob was very easy to work with, polite and knowledgeable about the whole process. I felt very comfortable leaving him the key and going on vacation. I trusted that he and Luke would do a fantastic job and they did not disappoint. The whole process went smoothly!!!
I recently purchased a house with hardwood floors throughout that were in pretty rough shape. There were terrible scratches in the dining room. A bedroom had a large dark stain. Another room had a large spot where the finish was worn off and the wood had turned gray. I had S & B refinish them and they did an awesome job. The floors look like new. They were very friendly yet professional and knowledgeable. They answered any questions that I had and were very easy to work with. After sanding, they put down stain samples; each in a square large enough to get a really good idea of how it would look. They even hung plastic to keep the dust from going into my kitchen. I couldn't be more pleased with their work and HIGHLY recommend them to anyone needed floors refinished.

Very happy with my newly refinished hardwood floors! They look totally new after showing 16 years of wear and tear. The team goes to great lengths to mitigate the dust created by the sanding involved also. I thought the price was very reasonable also, and I will definitely recommend them to anyone considering an update of their wood floors.
Jacob and Luke did a masterful job replacing the damaged parts of our hardwood floors, sanding all the rest and refinishing the entire expanse. The results were perfect. They came to us from a referral from another contractor so we comfortably left our house to them because of their professionalism, honesty and work ethic. We had almost our entire home floors refinished. They went above and beyond of our expectations. We walked into our home after being gone for a week and I know my mouth was open. My floors are absolutely beautiful. Every room was gorgeous. We were so impressed with Jacob and how he listened to what we wanted. It was a very big job and he handled it beautifully.
